If you're already using Loox, you have access to special pricing and a smooth transition to the standalone Reviewers.com app. This article explains how the migration works, what carries over, and what your pricing looks like.
What's changing
Reviewers.com is now available as a standalone Shopify app, separate from Loox. If you've been running Reviewers.com campaigns through Loox, you'll now install and manage Reviewers.com as its own app. All your existing campaign data is already synced - there's nothing to migrate manually.
How to get started
When you click Create a campaign inside Loox, a popup will appear with details about the transition. Here's what it covers:
- Reviewers.com is now a standalone Shopify app
- You get a 30-day free trial with one free campaign included
- All your existing data (campaigns, reviews) is already connected - nothing to move
- Reviews collected through Reviewers.com will automatically sync to your Loox Manage Reviews Page and follow your publishing settings
The popup includes a link to install the Reviewers.com app from the Shopify App Store. Once you install, you'll see the pricing page.
What carries over automatically
Since Loox and Reviewers.com share the same backend, your data is connected from the moment you install. This includes:
- All past campaigns - Your full campaign history is available in the new app, including all order and review details.
- All collected reviews - Reviews collected via Reviewers.com will sync back to your Loox Manage Reviews Page automatically and will follow your Loox auto-publishing settings. These reviews will also be available on your Reviewers.com app's Manage Reviews Page.
- Unused credits - If you previously paid for a campaign using the old model and haven't used it yet, that carries over as 1 extra credit in the new app. That credit will not expire.
Free trial for Loox merchants
All Loox merchants - whether you've run campaigns before or not - get the full 30-day free trial when you install the standalone app. During the trial, you can run 1 campaign for free. If you want to launch additional campaigns during the trial, they'll be charged at the regular rate for a campaign.

Q: Do I have to install a separate app?
A: Yes. Reviewers.com is now a standalone Shopify app. You'll install it from the Shopify App Store here, but all your data is already connected - no migration needed.
Q: Will I lose my campaigns or reviews when I switch?
A: Nope! Everything is already connected. Your past campaigns, collected reviews, and any unused credits carry over automatically.
Q: Do reviews collected in Reviewers.com still show up in Loox?
A: Yes. Reviews sync back to Loox automatically. You don't need to do anything extra.
Q: I already paid for a campaign under the old pricing model in Loox. What happens to it?

A: Yes. Reviewers.com is a standalone app available to any Shopify merchant. You also have full usage rights to any reviews you receive through campaigns, so you can export your reviews and upload them to whichever review app you're using.
